FRIED RICE

Hi lovelies, I hope you all had a lovely Christmas? Well, I did, with a lot to eat and drink too. I didn't forget you guys, I never would and that's why I have a sumptuous meal to share with you all from the Christmas party today. If you were to guess, what would it be? oh yes, it's everyone's favourite Fried Rice, Salad and Chicken. Most people think of Fried Rice as a very palatable delicacy, I mean, just think of a nice pot of bright yellow rice with as many mixed veggies as required, prawns chopped liver meat and mouth watery spices plus salad and chicken if you desire. WHAT YOU NEED Uncooked rice (any quantity of your choice) Water Mixed veggies (carrots, peas, green beans, sweet corn) Onion bulbs Scotch bonnet (pepper) Vegetable oil Chicken/fish/meat Liver Prawns Spices (cubes of Maggi, salt, all-purpose seasoning, curry, dried tyme) Fresh ginger Fresh garlic LET'S GET STARTED!!!
