ICE CREAM (VANILLA, STRAWBERRY AND CHOCOLATE FLAVOURS)



Finally, it's weekend guys!!!
Having had a stressful week, I know we all look forward to the weekend to unwind a little and get fuelled for next week's activities. But how do you intend to enjoy the weekend? Take strolls, have a party, or sleep through it? All these and more are wonderful, but how about trying something new, easy and delicious? something like homemade ICE CREAM.
The good thing about homemade, meals or desserts is that you add or subtract whatever you wish. For example, my ice creams have no sugar or eggs in them, in fact, they are made from only three ingredients each. Below is the very easy process.

WHAT IS NEEDED  
  1. Hand mixer (Electric or non-electric)
  2. A bowl
  3. 300 ml whipping cream
  4. 200 grams Sweetened condensed milk 
  5. Vanilla flavour ( This is for vanilla ice cream)
  6. 7 large Strawberries ( This is for strawberry ice cream)
  7. 150 grams of milk chocolate (This is for chocolate ice cream)
  8. 3 Airtight plastics
  9. Blender
  10. A spoon
HOW TO MAKE VANILLA ICE CREAM
  1. Pour 300 ml chilled whipping cream in a clean chilled bowl and whip with an electric hand mixer for 2-4 minutes. Using a non-electric hand mixer takes longer to whip.You know the whipping cream is ready when it becomes thick and foamy.
  2. Pour 200 grams condensed milk into the whipped cream and mix with a spoon.
  3. Add a tablespoon of vanilla flavour to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into an airtight plastic container and leave to chill in the freezer.
 HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
  1. Whip 300 ml chilled whipping cream in a clean chilled bowl for 2-4 minutes.
  2. Pour 200 grams condensed milk into the whipped cream and mix with a spoon.
  3. Blend 7 large strawberries together with the mixture until it becomes smooth.
  4. Put in an airtight container and leave in the freezer to chill.
HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
  1. Whip 300 ml chilled whipping cream in a clean chilled bowl for 2-4 minutes.
  2. Pour 200 grams condensed milk into the whipped cream and mix with a spoon.
  3. Break 150 grams of chocolate and blend together with the mixture.
  4. Put the mixture in an airtight container and leave to chill in the freezer.
