- Hey, lovelies here is a quick, easy and nutritious meal, I call it spaghetti with mince meat sauce, feel free to give yours a different name.
What you need
- Spaghetti (one pack)
- Mince meat (500 grammes)
- Mixed peppers (green, yellow, red)
- One large onion bulb
- Tomatoes
- Seasoning cubes
- Salt
- Scotch bonnet (fresh pepper)
- Sunflower oil
- Ginger
- Cheese
How to prepare
- Pour half a cup of oil into a pot and leave to preheat on medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Chop some tomatoes, dice one onion bulb, grate some ginger and dice one or two fresh peppers.
- Pour the mixture in number 2 into the pot of hot oil and stir.
- Add Seasoning cubes, all-purpose seasoning and whatever seasoning desired.
- Pour mince meat to the mixture and continue to stir until colour turns from pink to brown.
- Taste for sweetness, salt may be needed or more seasoning, add as required.
- Add chopped mixed peppers, and take down the pot from the cooker.
- Finally, boil spaghetti, sprinkle some cheese if desired and enjoy with sauce.
