DOUGHNUT
Hi readers, as always, I love to try something new, so I set off to make some doughnuts for the weekend and it was so delicious, we all loved it. Below is my recipe. What you need 300 grammes of flour One large egg 2 spoons of butter 3 tablespoon of Sugar 1/4 teaspoon of salt Sunflower/vegetable/olive oil 2 teaspoons of dried yeast 100 ml of milk How to make doughnut 1. Pour milk into a clean bowl. 2. Add dried yeast and mix thoroughly. 3. Add Sugar, salt, egg and melted butter to the mixture and continue to mix. 4. Add flour and mix with hands until all the ingredients are well incorporated. 5. Cover though with a clean film and leave to rise in a very warm place for 45 minutes to an hour. 6. Bring out the dough afterwards and roll well on a clean surface with the aid of a rolling pin. 7.
