FRIED RICE
Hello everyone, it's been a while since I last dropped a recipe here, more than a year, I hope I get pardoned for my very long absence, it was due to circumstances I had no control over. Anyways, I have some juicy posts which I preserved in my long absence. One of them is the very delicious fried rice. This is actually an upgraded version to my previous fried rice recipe, I hope you enjoy the upgraded version as much as I do. WHAT YOU NEED Chicken/Turkey Prawns Mixed Veggies Vegetable oil/Sunflower oil Rice Seasoning (Thyme, curry powder, seasoning cubes, ginger, scotch bonnet, all purpose seasoning, salt) HOW TO PREPARE 1 Wash and par boil 4 cups of rice and set aside. 2 Wash Chicken or Turkey with water, season with the above seasoning to taste and leave to boil adding water after it has produced its own stock. 3 Take the Chicken/Turkey out of the pot after it must have boiled for about 30 minutes to an hour.
